We are committed to provide our customers with the best online shopping experience & satisfaction. We welcome your feedback and try to enhance the shopping experience of our customers, and we are always ready to go above and beyond for our customers.
We are happy to assist you with returns subject to following criteria:
- The products should be purchased only from our store and not from any other retailer be it online or offline.
- Return request should be raised within 10 daysfrom the date of delivery.
- Products should be unused with all the tags and original packaging should remain intact and should be sent along with the products.
- Product should reach us within 10 days and be in sellable condition.
- We don’t have reverse pickup available. You would have to send the product back to us yourself.
Damaged, Wrong product, Exchanges
Post receipt of the returned Products, our team will inspect the same. Once approved as an eligible return, we will initiate the refund for your transaction and in case of exchange we will update your details and ship you the right products. In either scenario your return or exchange issue will be closed within 1-2 weeks of our receiving of the return package from you.
Return address is mentioned on the label.
We may provide Refunds in the event of:
1). Defective or dead item received by the customer.
2). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
3). Return address is clearly mentioned on the shipping label.
4). Returns need to be first approved by the customer support team.
5). Sometimes due to high order volume and low manpower, we would not be able to reply to your email. Only under these circumstances and if your product received is defective, if you wish to return the product, you can do so by sending it to the return address mentioned on the shipping label.
6) Please note we follow a strict 10 day return policy. If you place a return request after 10 days of receiving the product, we would not be accepting the return.
We usually initiate eligible refunds within 24 working days from receipt of products at our warehouse.
